Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per calendar year.
By contributing, you affirm that:

- • You are making this contribution with your own personal funds and not those of any corporation, labor organization, or federal contractor.
- • You are at least 18 years old.
